I have been grappling with what library to use for this. The real answer is that Sprox will work with any JS library, and there is currently interest in making it work with both ExtJS and Mootools. Anyone interested in supporting jQuery is hereby encouraged to step forward. I did play with JQuery this summer, since my GSoC student did a few widgets for his project using it. I like jQuery, definitely, but I think the table support needs a bit of work before it is ready for Sprox. I think Dojo has a really great code base, and I think the concerns of it’s heft can be addressed by making custom builds. Sprox is excellent. There should be no resistance. In minutes you can write an admin interface with all the dirty work done by Sprox

Really great work!
Wondering if you had used jquery? I have not done a lot with the ui stuff yet but I have found the other parts of the framework very usable. The product I used Dojo for I am not sure I could use jquery ui at the time it was built but I found Dojo heavy and a lot more typing than jquery.
